Biography of
Michelle R. H. Frechette
Michelle Frechette is a Vermont
Law School graduate and is a member of the National College of DUI Defense.
She has handled over a thousand DWI cases in the past twelve years as a
former prosecutor, defense attorney, and as a municipal judge alternate.
In addition to making the national news on two occasions, her prosecution
of Los Angeles Lakers basketball star for Domestic Violence, and the successful
defense of a Rio Rancho High School student accused of bomb making, she
is also recognized as one of the most effective MVD DWI Revocation Hearing
attorneys in the state.
